-It is important to me to make therapy as accessible as possible while recognizing at the same time that this is how I sell my labor. I am willing to work with my clients with payment plans and offer limited sliding scale sessions. I do not means-test my sliding-scale clients as I trust you to be honest about what you can contribute to your therapy.

ACCEPTED INSURANCE: OHP CareOregon

Infographic titled 'The Green Bottle: Where You Fall on the Sliding Scale' showing three bottles representing different levels of financial privilege. The left bottle signifies high financial privilege with statements about meeting basic needs comfortably. The middle bottle indicates moderate financial privilege with some stress about basic needs. The right bottle represents low financial privilege, marked by frequent stress over basic needs and limited access to resources. Text details personal financial experiences and definitions of basic needs and expendable income.

*good faith estimate notice*

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
